Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Cleaner AI mobile application ("App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HOREA SRL ("we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the App signifies your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and in accordance with these Terms and the App Store Review Guidelines.
Your use of the App is also governed by Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall govern solely with respect to your relationship with Apple. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide any support or maintenance for the App.
Cleaner AI accesses your Photos & Videos, Contacts, and on-device files solely to provide cleaning and organization features. You may revoke these permissions at any time in your iPhone's Settings app.
The App is currently free to download and use. We may introduce optional paid subscription features in the future. When subscriptions are introduced:

All content, design, code, and materials within the App are the exclusive property of HOREA SRL or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
The App does not currently integrate with third-party services. If third-party services are added in the future, their use will be governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HOREA SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOREA SRL and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, without notice, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, through an in-app notice. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Târgu Mureș, Romania.
